All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full price of the missed service.
We accept payments via credit/debit card, cash, and online payment methods. Full payment is required at the end of your appointment. For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern, which may include offering an adjustment or re-service.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service. For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Clients who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We recommend leaving valuable items at home.
We respect your privacy. Any personal data you provide (name, contact details, etc.) will be used solely for booking and service purposes. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. By booking with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the processing of your personal data as outlined.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
