We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $30 from all CLIENTS. Your deposits count towards your final bill.

We don't have many policies you must adhere to. We only plead for your maximum cooperation before and during your visit by: - keeping to time (If more than 20 minutes late, a late fee of $20 will apply) - Appointment will automatically be canceled if more than 30 minutes late. -informing ahead (at least 3 days before) if you need to reschedule/cancel.

BEFORE BOOKING, SEND YOUR NATURAL HAIR PICTURE FOR DENSITY AND TEXTURE CHECK. Some Densities, Lengths, and Textures might require additional cost For BRAIDING, kindly book for 9:30AM, 10:00AM, 3:30AM, or 4:00PM to enable us accommodate another braid booking on the same day
Hair should be freshly washed not more than 72 hours, properly detaingled, and lightly conditioned with your preferred hair product before coming
Washing and blow drying with us are offered at extra costs

We will always ensure to have as many extensions as possible in stock. Extensions for braiding and lashes are included in the pricing, except for Passion Twist, Spring Twist, Kinky Twist, Soft Locs, French Curls, Human Hair, Wigs, Bundles, and Closures. You can purchase those from us at extra fees or you can come with yours. Some deductions will apply if you come with any of the braiding extensions included in the pricing (Extension must be Pre-stretched).
